Theme: “What Nigerians Actually Debated at the Dinner Table”
Dear Nigerians,
Last week, we said we will not wait 70 years for a Messiah. We will BUILD THE BENCH.
This week, we answer the next question: Governance that works for who?
We listened. In markets in Onitsha, motor parks in Kano, creeks in Yenagoa, Nigerians are not debating grammar. They are debating:
1. Subsidy – Where did the money go?
2. Food Prices – Why is garri now gold?
3. Security – Can I sleep with two eyes closed?
4. Inclusion – What about the Disability Act?
Big grammar does not fill stomachs. #774Structure says governance must be measured LGA by LGA.
After the race, we count our miles. How have we governed?

SEGMENT 1: THE PROBLEM — GOVERNANCE FROM ABUJA
We run Nigeria like a conference in Abuja. We announce subsidy removal in Abuja, but palliative fails in Zurmi LGA. We announce food security in Abuja, but fertilizer never reaches Otobi LGA.
That is why Nigerians feel betrayed. The issue is not the policy, it is the STRUCTURE to deliver it.
A policy without #774Structure is just a press statement.
SEGMENT 2: THE SOLUTION — #774STRUCTURE MAKES GOVERNANCE REAL
This is how #774Structure fixes what Nigerians actually debated:
1. On Subsidy: Stop debating if it should go. Ask where the savings went. #774Structure demands a #774LGA Dashboard: How much saved, how much sent to MY LGA, what project did it build? If you cannot show it in my LGA, you did not save it.
2. On Food Prices: Food is not grown in the Villa, it is grown in 774 LGAs. #774Structure proposes #774Food Hubs: One warehousing + mechanization hub per LGA, linked to women and youth cooperatives. No more middleman eating 300% profit.
3. On Security: Security is local. #774Structure demands Community Policing through #774Structure: Traditional rulers, women leaders, youth, and PWDs sit on a LGA Security Trust Fund that manages intelligence and supports local security architecture.
4. On Disability Act: The Act was signed in 2019. How many LGAs have domesticated it? #774Structure says Inclusion is not charity, it is governance. Every LGA must have a 5% PWDs inclusion audit for all projects and appointments.
SEGMENT 3: THE CALL TO ACTION
Governance that works is governance you can SEE and TOUCH in your LGA.
To Citizens: At your next Town Hall, ask 4 questions: Where is our subsidy dashboard? Where is our food hub? Where is our LGA security trust fund? Where is our Disability Act compliance?
To Chairmen & Governors: Stop governing from the capital. Govern through #774Structure.

1. Town Hall Talking Point: “Oga Chairman, you said subsidy is gone. Show us the one school or PHC built in THIS LGA from subsidy savings.”
2. LGA Action: Map your LGA Food Hub – where will it be? List 20 youth/women farmers to manage it.
3. Security Action: Convene your LGA Security Conversation – 10 stakeholders including 1 PWD leader and 1 woman leader.
4. Inclusion Action: Check – Does your LGA have a ramp at the secretariat? Does your budget have a line for PWDs? If not, start the petition.
