#### MEMO: BUILDING THE BENCH THROUGH #774STRUCTURE
Theme: “Not Waiting 70 Years for a Messiah”
Dear Nigerians,
For too long we have been told to wait. Wait for one Messiah. Wait 4 years. Wait 8 years. Wait 70 years.
Through #774Structure, we say: No more waiting.
The solution to Nigeria is not in one man. The solution is in 774 LGAs, 774 leaders, 774 solutions. If we build the bench today, we will never lack leaders tomorrow.
Our mothers and fathers did not raise us to be spectators. They raised us to serve. #774Structure is our answer: a deliberate pipeline to identify, train, mentor, and deploy leaders in every ward, every LGA, every state.
The race is on. After the race, we count our miles.
### 3-SEGMENT BREAKDOWN
#### SEGMENT 1: THE PROBLEM — THE MESSIAH SYNDROME
Every 4 years we outsource our future to one person. When they fail, we say “next time”. That is why schools are collapsing, PHCs are empty, and LGAs are broke.
#774Structure Truth: Leadership is not an event. It is a structure. You cannot build a nation on hope alone. You must build it on systems.
#### SEGMENT 2: THE SOLUTION — #774STRUCTURE
This is how we build the bench:
1. #774Civic Academies: Free training in all 774 LGAs. Governance, budgeting, public speaking. No godfather needed.
2. #774Party Internship: 6-month school in every party. 50% Youth, 30% Women, 5% PWDs. We are grooming councillors who will become Chairmen, who will become Governors.
3. #774Minimum Standards: From now, no one runs for office without a costed manifesto, town hall record, and financial literacy test.
#### SEGMENT 3: THE CALL TO ACTION
To every young person in Ikeja, Obudu, Gusau, Yenagoa: The bench has space for you.
To every party Chairman: Open your doors.
To every Nigerian: Stop waiting for a Messiah. Become the structure.

3. Party Action: Demand your party establishes a #774Party Internship before 2027 primaries.
