As DG, my desk work is done. Your LGA work begins.
This week, 3 Immediate Directives:
1. CONFIRM YOUR LGA: Every Comrade should confirm their LGA of Origin and LGA of Residence on the ALO portal by Friday. You cannot fund what you cannot find.
2. FIRST 1,000 NAIRA: The Structure Levy starts NOW. Not next month. Our first test of ownership. If 774 LGAs x 100 people pay N1,000 this month, we have proved Part 4 is not theory.
3. NOMINATE YOUR BUILDER: Every LGA should submit ONE name of a son/daughter who can Adopt-An-LGA. Not 10 names. Just ONE serious name.
No more essays from me this week. I want 774 names on my desk.

– Launch of Official LGA Coordinator Register (774 names, phone numbers, verifiable)
– Opening of ALO Structure Levy Account (Published, Audited Monthly)
– First Monthly LGA Intelligence Report Template Released
NEXT 60 DAYS (December): The Foundation
– 100 Pilot Academies Equipped (One per Senatorial District + FCT)
– Wall of Builders Designed and Installed
– First Skills-to-Wealth Enterprise Registered in Each Geo-Political Zone
NEXT 90 DAYS (January 2027): The Proof
– First 774 LGA Governance Reports Submitted
– ALO Civic Academy Curriculum Launch at 70th Anniversary Pre-Event
– ALO Legacy Fund $10 Donors Hit 2,500 Mark
We will not be measured by how well we write. We will be measured by how many LGAs can submit a report without calling Abuja.
